Delivery

When will I receive my item(s)?


Most of our items will arive within 3-7 working days, we stipulate this window in case there are any delays. On average our customers recieve their orders within 4 days from the order date. This does depend on the item though, as larger items may require a special delivery service, which changes the delviery window. If you add the item you are interested in to your cart, and go to checkout, the delivery is calculated automatically.




I have received my order, but it has different branding on it?


Fear not! Sometimes so that we can get your item out to you nice and fast, we ask our suppliers to send them to you directly, so there is minimum delay. On these occasions, the item comes directly from their warehouse to you, so this means that the packaging may have a different logo to ours at times, but don't worry! It is defintely your order!




I haven't received my order?


If you have waited for the entire delivery window that we have advised, and not recieved your order, please contact us immediately and we will get a swift response for you.




My item has arrived damaged or faulty?


Oh dear, this is not good. In these cases, please return your item to us at: Mowgli & Moon Ltd 53 Harvester Way Northampton NN4 8JZ You have two choices in this scenario, we can issue a full refund to you, or arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. None of the above will happen until we recieve your item back.

How do I checkout with ClearPay?


ClearPay is our finance partner, which means we can offer our products to you on an interest free basis. You pay the total amount but spread over 4 payments, making it more affordable then, and there! You can easily checkout using ClearPay but adding the item(s) to your cart, hitting "Checkout" and then "ClearPay".




I'm having problems with my shopping experience?

I forgot my password?


No worries! You can easily reset your password by clicking "Log In" and then "Forgot Password". Follow the instruction sent to you via email, to reset it!
